The NVYLL Coach Code of Conduct and Coach Survey is completed by each year by every coach and assistant coach. NVYLL is committed to developing and maintaining a program that emphasizes good sportsmanship and is safe for the players. The Code of Conduct and Coach Survey are part of this commitment.

Coaches that fail to complete the form cannot be on the sidelines with the team. Failure to adhere to this requirement will lead to a game forfeiture.
