Clubs are prohibited from developing a roster of players through the NVYLL web site.

Clubs that use League Athletics build rosters on their club website.

Clubs that do not use League Athletics submit a list of coaches with the team name to NVYLL and NVYLL assigns the coaches to a locked roster. The only names on the roster are the coaches. These coaches receive automatic emails about game cancellations and field closures. The coach has to pass the information on to the team. These teams have Team pages on the NVYLL web site that display the team schedule.

Clubs that do not use League Athletics need to tell their parents to check the NVYLL web site under Master Schedule to confirm that the game status prior to going to the field.
